That's about where I seen mine, and out west, up lots of big ass mountain passes and also around here in FL traffic with A/C. Again in Utah, Arizona and Texas with A/C in mostly desert climates and good old Florida. This was before the Transcooler. Have seen better temps in FL traffic with trans cooler. I'm curious to see if that actually solved it for up mountains, can't say yet.
A trans-cooler is probably still a great investment for an item that can be had under $100.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.
