What is this subject matter member/ guru club that I can see but can't look at? Or was that section supposed to be invisible?

It was down for about 5minutes I'd say, both the forum and the main site. Sometime last evening, can't be more specific then that. It was like when a website does an update and adds something new, hence the question.
