Why is there a Chevy pickup in the build threads? Shoot one, you gotta shoot em all!
I DON'T care what my GMT360 was designed to do, I care about what it can do!

With the new ratings, I'm going to have to get to work on some of my other mods for our next trip. Seeing the back of Mike's (Dirty Anton) rig really got me thinking.

PS: Teebes I really am fond of your rims.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

I have my 8.6 now and am working on it, also extending all my breathers.
planned to update my thread tonight or tomorrow yet. Am I semi worthy now? Lol

Look forward to seeing the changes and appreciate the mods taking their time to improve the forum

Was cutting leaf spring shackles from 3/8 plate. Normally I have some steel sawhorses set up that I cut/weld on. I decided to just do these on the bench since it was quick. Didn't check the surrounding area before firing up the plasma.

Pro Tip: Oil soaked cardboard boxes that you're storing a spare third member in are flammable.

My Adidas have a burned section on them now. :wallbash:

To all the mods and founders; Awesome Job! I think this will definitely help with the clutter as we continue to add new members. Well done! :excited:
The problem with the Trailblazer is, people think you know what you're doing.

I thought I would lose my build thread over this. But the build thread rules do not require a GMT360 AND I have a trail rank... :poke:

I don't think any of the mods have access to the user editor, so all of your rank issues will need to be directed to James. :finger:

I don't feel right surrounded by mall crawlers. Looks like I'll need to find some time to write up some trail reports.

On a second note, I do like the new setup. It's a lot easier to find inspiration in other builds.

Hm it never has me interested which trail-rank i got. I don't think that I'm interested in that in the future.
Comparing the builds with others in that kind of group is funny but useless.
Don't get me wrong it's not important to me, but if i's important to others..

Yours at least has a bowtie on it. Perhaps I'm just bitter from the sour taste Jeep owners in general have left.

Looks like the re-org was a success! And it had its intended consequences! Looking forward to reading all the overdue trail reports now. :angry whip:

Karsten, from the beginning, the rank has not been meant to be a 100% accurate portrayal of your truck, or your experiences. It's meant as a way to reward the efforts of creating trip reports. I beleive that sharing these trips we take is a vital part of this site. So by ranking our build threads accordingly, it further drives home the importance of this practice, and hopefully further pushes people to write up their trips.
