Well done Donny

We were actually going to be down in Redding next week visiting family, but the wife broke her wrist last weekend. Trip cancelled.

Yea, I am surprised about that as well. Especially considering that I sent them a picture of 1 tire showing some dry rot cracking and they sent me 5 new tires. I think they are tightening up the warranty claims!

I sent them a pic of tread coming off and had a new tire in a week, they even called me to assure they had the right sidewall.

I wonder if that guy that tried to scam them pretending to be Kyle's relative had anything to do with it?
There could be other folks that have scammed them that we don't know about.
A few posts of bad publicity can shut down years of good reviews, especially for something like re-treads that folks are leary of anyway.

think about it, if they don't take care of Donny and he lets us and the folks on GMTN know and the 3-4 Toyota boards he is on and then one of the Toyota guys tells some of his Jeepin buddies...... they could take a hit.

Donny, not sure if it helps or not but a chat window appeared when I was visiting TW's site.
Here is our conversation.

Peer pressure. Lol.

I honestly think they're hoping I go away if they ignore me. Truth is, they may get their wish. With the 4Runner build in full swing, I have way to many irons in the fire right now.

I hit them up with a email 2 days ago, they have not responded. Donny may not be the only one that goes away!

I understand not giving a brand new replacement for free, but at least a prorated one or something... I don't think that's asking too much
