I installed my lift today! New pics!

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

Everything went nice and smooth. About 4 hrs inc. replacing the lower control arms and alignment. I might be worthy of a build thread soon :-) Thanks to all for sharing all the info that made my build possible.

Looks good. Noticed you didn't post a parts list, are you planning on doing that?

Like those wheels.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

Thats a sharp '02 - cant say Ive seen a lot, or any in that color before? '02's in green are typically the Forest Green color.

I added a link to my build thread with the complete parts list.

Thanks for the complements. The wheels are Akuza brand. I bought them off of Ebay around eight years ago. They have held up very well for cheap wheels and the chrome is very good compared to even OE parts that I deal with today. I had no idea at the time it would ever be a trail rig or obviously they wouldn't be the first choice (18" isn't considered an off-road size and you don't see many chrome wheels on the trails). Except for my boss. He trails a lifted black Rubicon with 20" chrome and Toyo MT's. One hell of a capable and potent mall crawler. I am thinking of plasti dippin them to see how I like the matte black look.

The truck was originally a LTZ two tone with the color green that you see (well almost) and gold. I purchased the car at a dealer auction in crashed (not salvaged) condition. When repairs were complete and it was time for paint, I modified the OE formula Dupont Chromabase by adding 10% more gold pearl and gold metallic to the paint. I painted all the gold parts of the car with the same green, and that is, as they say, that. It is a slightly modified factory color. I can provide the color code and formula if anyone is interested. Trust me when I say I wasn't thrilled about the color combo at auction. I made it work for me without repainting the jambs. It definitely grew on me. Thanks again for the complements!

Well, nice work!! Other than the Silver '08's which I really like, thats probably the best color Ive ever seen on a TB.
