Been awhile since I posted here but still been lurking since I got rid of the TB. When I lifted my Jeep I went with Guard dogs again. This time went with 315/70/17. I really like them and figure there are better tires out there but think their the best bang for the buck.

I warrentied a crawler patter 235/75/15 for my ranger, still waiting for it to arrive but they took care of me.
Scouts Out, Carbon County Search and Rescue/Carbon County volunteer firefighter.

Ams oil products bumper to bumper, Treadwright Guard Dogs, 3 inch suspension lift, 3 inch body lift 1.5" spacers, swaybar trashcan mod, quad headlight mod

So who runs load range E? Benefits vs disadvantages?

The guarddogs are more of a aggressive A/T than a M/T in my opinion.

I do agree with you, but they are based off of the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R

To be honest I was told that I should go with load E because it would be best...haven't had a problem with them as of yet. Perhaps I'll do range D for the treadwrights when I get them ordered.

Who and why? What is the reasoning behind that? Do they have extensive experiance with trailblazers like we do?

Suppose. The person doesn't really have any experience with trailblazers like we all do. No complaints though, and as far as flex comes into play, for all the wheeling I have done, the only time airing down and sidewall flex was necessary is when I got stuck on a soft sand beach in Nantucket. I've done some heavy wheeling and never needed to worry about airing down. So that doesn't really affect me much.

I towed a few times with 245-75-16 pumas in Es and with 285-75-16 Ds and had no problems at all.

just towed a trailer full of lumber yesterday with my new guard dogs, everything went well. I towed when I had the pumas on it too, and I tow all the time with my ranger and it has the crawlers on it. I haven't had any issues.

I have D, never needed a loadrange E and I would rather have the flex from the D while off road.
