Ok, so I bought these 15" Micky Thompson rims, and STT 35-12.5-15 tires. well, i don't like em, I don't think I can sell em here, but how about a swap? anybody want these for a set of 17s, with about a 1" offset and 35s. I think I have 40 miles on them now.. oh yeah I got the lift(s) done.

What don't you like about them? The fact they stick like a mile outside your wheel wells?

I was looking at those MT wheels, but now am glad I stayed away from that 0mm offset.

How are the tires, or is that what you dislike?

HARDTRAILZ, whats up? sorry it too me so long to get back to you on this, just gt a lot going on in life. Anyhow I have om 35/12.50/15 I was running for a little bit. I made some flares for the front so the po po wouldnt mess with me. well they did and so I wanna run the 35" tires, but I need to bring them in a lot. I have Mark's adapter/spacer to run a 6x6.5 wheel, but like I said they stick out. If I can get a 15" rim that has the same as stock offset great I love the tires just need them in a bit. Or get a set of wheel flares that fit and look good. Someone said the flares for the Cherokee fit. Do you know offhand if they do, which ones? Otherwise you had some ideas you mentioned. Thanks Pat

I upgraded brakes and can not run 15 inch wheels anymore.

You start sucking the wheels in to stock offset and you will likely have issues getting 15s to clear the brakes. If you try...stick with steel wheels since they are thinner.

I have some XJ Cherokee flares I ripped off a jeep going to scrap, but I never even tried them. I have them stuck in storage still. I believe the ones someone on here got to fit up pretty close where for an XJ, but were the bushwhacker wider flares. I don't think they ever gave us real good pics though.

Not sure what flares you had on but the basic ones Roadie runs are about the simplest bet if you need to avoid attracting law enforcement

yeah those are the ones I'm looking for, I saw a pic or two but i could see no real detail. As far at the wheels I have the spacer so I think I should be able to clear the calipers. I just dont wanna have to buy new tires. If thats the case I would have to get just spaceres for stock wheels and buy bigger tires. what have you got that you where talking trade. pm me if you need

I had a trade set 2 years ago...lil late now. Prolly bought and sold a dozen sets of wheels n tires since then.

You start getting closer to stock offset and you add backspacing and even with spacer or adapters you will hit the brakes. You have to sit wide to run 15s...its the nature of the beast.

I have some lights I will PM you about

You also have to run wide for the taller tires. Fender flares or broke!

I think James just proved that you do not have to go wide for height. He has 33s with no body lift on a skinny setup and no fender cutting... I think Rory has done similar as well.

I would only run wide setups, but I am curious why you think you HAVE to be wide to go tall?

what size are the PIAAs? as for those I would only need the lights,no wiring (just tapping into factory)I would like to keep them all the same. KC fog in bumper, and KC driving, KC long range roof. I don't know how to reply in a pm

Not sure how you would get tires to me if we worked out a deal, but the info on the lights is all in the links I provided in the PM.
