A couple weekends ago I went to a friend of my parents who have some wooded land that they have some trails through from when Husband cut wood for some 25 years. The only places we took pics and some vids were a mud hole and a large steep hill. Tons of potential too bad the wife is putting it up for sale but she is a widow now for almost 6 years and just cant keep the place up anymore. Wish I had the money to buy it.
