want to order gears

i have found 4.56 gear ratio for the front diff but not for my rear 8.0 diff i need to swap for the 8.6 to get them??

Not necessarily. I've been told that Yukon Gears can custom cut them for the 8.0. You just gotta have the bank to do it.

Cheaper to get an 8.6" from a junkyard w/o a g80. Put 4.56 and a LR in there. Thats my long term plan.

you could also just go with 4.10 front and rear.
It just depends on what your long term goals are.

I wonder if the 8.6 rear is as easy to score in Lebanon as here in the US?

In a pinch he could source one from a half ton truck and have his perches and tabs welded onto it.

That actually might work well. No need for spacers in the rear, because it's already about 4" wider...

then you should just need 2 inch spacers in the front to be evenly spaced.
I expect the ones on the 1/2 tons are easier to source than from a TB.
Do they have the same break downs as far as ABS etc? I mean for like my 06 would I need an 05+ or are the break downs different? Is there any difference in driveshaft lengths?
I expect we would also have to weld on new shock mounts also but that shouldn't be a huge deal.

The front track on a stock TB is actually 1" wider than the rear. 1.5" would make it "even". 2" would keep the extra 1" width.

I only bring it up since 1.5" spacers/adapters are commonly available in our pattern.
