It's amazing how stuff adds up fast, loaded for Tecore my truck weighs 5400#s without me in it, weighed it this morning without tools, gear, rack or spare tire and it was 4800#s.

Thanks everyone.
Trying to save some weight I pulled out some spare parts. Front shafts, front drive shaft, front locker, 18v dewalt flashlight with 2 batts and charger, and a gallon of antifreeze.

I would of kept the front axle stuff and drive shaft unless you are that confident in it. Flash light and anti-freeze is a good drop, a mag-light weighs about the same as 1 18v battery and in the summer you can use water in an emergency.

I'm running yukon chromo front shafts, and a long travel front drive shaft. My spare shaft will only work on flat ground (falls apart droop). My spare front shafts are 30 spline where the yukons are 35 spline. By dropping the spare shafts I was able to drop the 30 spline hubs as well.

Made a last minute appearance mod, pulled the moulding off the doors. Makes the wheelbase look shorter. Overall, Im very happy with it.

Universal flares and nut serts installed in the fenders? I saw a set of 4" ? Wide universal flares that a zuk guy used on pirate. Screen name is bczuk. He is going with us on UA.
