Picked up this brush guard from another OS member. Bought some new bolts and put it on. I also sealed off my "SS" vents from the rear to prevent water entry. And picked up a set of driving lights for the guard. I didn't get them wired, because mother nature decided to rain on my parade, but you get the idea. I also tinted my stock corner lenses and will be cracking my headlights tomorrow to reinstall. And hopefully finishing my light bar for the roof.
I like the look better without the lights, but I know the extra lumens down low will be helpful. So, unfortunately, aesthetics take a backseat to function

Here we are. Sorted out my lights. Installed and wired today. I'll get some pics tonight with them on. Have to do something about the silly looking covers.
I took off my top rack, and once Lights are off the front end, I will be relocating pretty much all of the lights... Distance up top where they should be, and perimeter lighting all around... Maybe i could just be BSing

Nah, thats what i figured. I'm only gonna put the rack on for expiditions where its useful, everyday driving doesn't require it and 500 Watts of light....

You'll have to stay tuned for my winter project then. Fully customized roof basket, outfitted with front, rear, and side lights that will all be permanently wired onto the rack with one centrally located external harness/disconnect for easy removal/installation. Inside, a overhead unit similar to Mario's that will house all of the switches/relays to turn the lights only in groups or all at once. It is going to be quite intricate.
Not bad. I'm going to do four front, three rear, and one each side, with the outer ones front and rear angled slightly to the side to help achieve 360 deg coverage. Using my lighting design background to set everything up for max efficiency.
