Bad thing is, I still have to buy them, they don't have any promo wheels to put out there.

Those look like a pain in the ass to install. I don't understand how the bead assists tighten against the bead.

They are actually much faster than a regular beadlock. Instead of pinching the outer bead against the wheel with a beadlock ring on the outside, it just clamps from the inside. Special drop center on the wheel allows you to get your hand inside.

The big deal is these balance and are DOT similar to a standard wheel.

Things to do in the next 6 weeks.

Finish moving out of my old house.
Arrange my shop where I can work out of it.
Get passport. <<<<(dont comment on this, just absorb the info)

Install front Yukon chromo shafts and 35 spline warn hubs.
Assemble and install Blue Torch Fab diff covers. (parts in transit)
Purchase and install hydro assist steering.
Build and install traction bars. (parts in transit)
Bleed Brakes. (not sure what is going on there)
Replace drivers headlight. (its aftermarket and yellowing) (oem part in transit)
Build bumpers.
Re-do sliders. (not happy with them)
Tie sliders and bumpers together.
Build interior cage.
Purchase and install beadlocks.
Purchase and Install co2 tank bracket, and have tank filled.
Organize interior and pack for living out of the TB.

Im sure there is more as well, the list keeps growing the more I think about it. But as you guys saw the timeline for the initial build, this shouldnt be too bad to get done.

For you shouldn't be too bad considering how fast you did the TB in the first place, but that is a pretty sizable list, and can't wait to see the final product!

I'm not commenting on the passport deal except that I understand it is a slow process so start early.

Just go to the wrecking yard. I'm just using 52" long springs from the rear of any 73-87 chevy 1/2 ton.

Right now, I have a bunch of parts waiting on me to install.

Yukon 35 spline chromo front shafts with spicer forged joints and full circle clips
Warn premium 35 spline hubs
RuffStuff rod ends and bushing assemblies for traction bars
Blue Torch Fab diff cover kits
180' of 1 1/4" sched 40 uncoated pipe (bumpers, cage, etc)
Plate steel (skid plates)

In transit is a 1.5"x8" hydro ram and the trimmings

Still waiting on manufacturing are the B.A.D. beadlock wheels, 17x9.

I have already upgraded the knuckles to Reid Racing after bending the driver side in Moab.

So, lets see how much I get done on this 3 day weekend!

Passport deal is off, some things came up and we wont be leaving the country...

I mounted a toyota 4runner electric fan in front of the trans cooler, that should help keep low speed temps down.

And I finished the bracket over the pcm that holds my winch solenoids.

I better make more progress this weekend! Roughly a month till a photo shoot (different mag), then another week and we are off on the adventure.
