Now all it needs is a locking pin or what have you to finish the drawer so I can lock the drawer from moving but it's finished none the less. Let me know how/what you guys think of it.

So I decided to make a drawer storage unit for the back of my TB and I finally finished it last weekend and I'm pleased with it a lot!!
Now all it needs is a locking pin or what have you to finish the drawer so I can lock the drawer from moving but it's finished none the less. Let me know how/what you guys think of it.

Nice little smiley face handle. I used hinged steel handles on the BACK of my drawers and discovered how annoying they are when they rattle. Now they're velcroed to not jiggle.
Is it bolted down?
Material?
You might find over time if you put junk on top of it, that the top will bow down and bind up on the drawer. Some steel angle on the edge of the top might resist that.

I knew that I forgot to mention what it was made of!! 
, it is made of 5/8" MDF, construction grade glue where the wood meets together and then I pre-drilled holes to accept 3/4" flush mounted wood screws. It is not bolted down as of yet (I haven't figured a good way of bolting it down yet)
And that's a good idea of putting angle on it to stop flexing on the top!

Planning to cover it with something? Maybe some bed-liner or carpet? If you do, an aluminum L or U channel can cover and protect the edge well too!
As for a pin, look for sliding door safety pins. I used two, and I've been really happy.
Be careful about making the drawer too heavy too... pull it out and it may just tip out of the truck.

No the underfloor storage is not usable at the moment, I might do something as what you did to yours that looks good!! Yeah I'm going to be covering it I might be doing that tomorrow if I feel up to it and i was tinking about using u and l channel but i dont know if you'll appreciate mine looking a lot like yours.
How do you suggest securing it to the floor so the possibility of it tipping is gone?

I never bolted mine down, but my dimensions were made so it wedges into place without moving. I'm looking into changing that though...
To prevent tippage, I have two 'anti-tip-flaps'... picture below. They actually wedge UNDER the rear seat hinge cover to prevent the box from tipping over. Simple but effective.

Yeah i knew that you did that to your drawer i might have to do that myself but I wonder how well it will stay in place if like your on a hill, turned sideways or you know something that could make it slide...

Ah, I see your box doesn't cover the floor front to back completely. Mine was made to wedge between the plastic door trim and the rear seat so there is no chance of sliding.
With all the travel I've done, the most mine ever slid was about 1 inch, however you may run into issues unless you wedge it better.

A nice way to keep that from moving around(how I kept my spare tire carrier and sub box in place) is to drill through the bottom where the tie down hooks are and run longer bolts through. Looks good.

Thanks JD I still haven't put on the metal siding like you have but it works.
Actually I never got time to secure it to anything yet so if you look in that last pic you'll see a piece of wood off to the right of the box and that is wedged between the box and the rear wheel well... and it works it never has moved one bit so its just a temporary solution for now.

I have seen these kind of rear boxes when i store my things in storage units. I get paid to spam for a shameful storage unit rental operation in Australia, and I am too stupid to realize where I'm spamming. My brain would not be fitted in these boxes so storage unit was necessary for me.
