The Disconect had frozen with a little bit of water in it and the actuator was dead. 400 for Disconect 200 for the actuator 200 for a tow out of where we were wheeling at 2 AM. Nick couldn't pull me out. Jacking the TB and trying to build a base out of rock and other items didn't work. Looking to build a Jeep now with my Tax Return to wheel with the club on days that the requirement is 33 or 35+ and Lockers. TB as a Mall Crawler, Farm, and the nice 32s and Locker days
Just to play devil's advocate, if you had recovery equipment and didn't have the budget for repairs, you'd be able to remove the disconnect and actuator and a few other components and just live with the thing as a 2wd until you could afford to fix it, plus you would have saved $200 on the tow.
