255/85/16 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2s

Need new shoes? This is the place to discuss.

After teasing you guys a few days ago, finally got pics up to post.

Damn, I need to order the 87 springs (secret source I'll open up once I place the order), and/or get Mark's 3-inch kit to replace my 2.5-inch lift. The back is way higher than the front:

Nice view of my zip-tied bumper cover:

This area will need to be trimmed if you expect any articulation:

Another mod performed since I was working on the TB:

Initial review: Insanely quiet, insanely aggressive tread, nice and deep, these are ~34" tires, and do have some sidewall squirm due to the 85 aspect ratio, but I love them compared to the Coopers I had before. This will probably be my final, go-to tire size and brand. Tires were ordered from Tire Rack for $193 each, with a mere $80 for shipping 4 tires, and no sales tax since they shipped from Nevada!

:Iagree: :Iagree:
I almost got the KM2s, but since I'll be doing more highway driving than offroad driving, I figured the AT KOs will serve my purpose.

Hey Phil, nice tires! $193 a tire is insane. That tire here is $330 a tire...

Looks really nice Phil. I've had my eyes on some 33" KM2 skinny's too. I had a hard time justifying the cost though.

Those are 33" tires, right? You said 34" up there.

I'll be looking forward to hearing how they do off road. I suspect that they will do very well.

And KM2's run small, so they are prob either just at or a bit under a true 33".

Looks good tho! You will love the KM2's, great tire so far for me, have about 15k on mine and still a ton of tread and wearing great.
