They should fit fine, I run 40-45psi in mine. Just run what you like and keep and eye out for bad tread wear.

You REALLY need to punctuate. I know you're posting from a phone a lot, but you need to put sentences together. Otherwise it looks like a bunch of words and is hard to understand.

c bausch wrote:(I searched but didn't find my answer)

You have to look at the tire's specs. They will list Minimum Width and Maximum Width. Its safe to assume, however, that a tire that fits a 7" wide rim WILL fit an 8" wide rim.

Keep in mind the offset of the wheels, aftermarket wheels may push out further then stock wheels.

Considering that you are running on Mickey Thompson Wheels, that don't come in our wheel pattern. You are going to be also running wheel spacers which will push you out further. 50psi is probably near the max tire pressure and will give you better mileage, though probably a rougher ride.

You should have somewhere around 20 psi when off-roading unless you have beadlocks , than you can deflate even more and about 30 psi on road , for a nice comfy ride and max 35 psi on road . I think that 50 psi is to much ..

when u visit any tire sales site they post specification of the tire your interested in but what they post under PSI is the max inflation. on certain vehicle you should find some sticker indicating the best pressure for your driving style and load for example on my benz writen on the back of the gas cap 32psi rear 30psi front if u drive above 80mph 30psi rear 28psi front for under 80mph. other example on my other car they post different psi for 4 or 7 passenger( load u put on the tires) i guess 30 is the best pressure for on road use, and you could go as low as 15 psi off roading if your driving smart. for the rims go with the 16x8 :thumright:

Hey guys thanks for all your input . I stopped at my local performance store asking about the classic lock rims when said they might not fit because of the offset and I believe he said there's a 4 inch offset what do you guys think? Would they fit?

OEM rims are 7" wide with 6" offset. So 8" wide rims with 4" offset are going to stick out 2" more due to the offset, and 1/2" because of the rim width. Plus 1.5" for the required spacer/adapters. So basically 4" more each side. :o Might look funny or get you a ticket or fling a lot of mud unless you also add Flexi-flares (search for it). And it will make the tire hit the fender opening more in turns because the tire edge is much farther away from the ball joint. But the store is wrong when they said they won't fit. They can be made to fit. You just might not like the appearance if you're not into aggressive offroading performance in which case the appearance doesn't matter.

Offsets are generally done in mm. Are talking offset or backspace?

Just FYI, running 20PSI off road is a good way to not get any traction. I run the Treadwrights in the TB down to 12 regularly. I've had them to 10... never lost a bead.

I ran the IROKs on my Yota at 5psi today in the snow. No beadlocks.

You're right. All the discussion that involves inches was really "backspace."

So can someone recommend a simulated beadlock rim for me I have looked everywhere and I just can figure the sizes out with offsets and everything, im looking for a 16x7 or 8 what ever would fit I got a 2.5 lift in the front and going to get a 3body inch body lift in a few weeks , and I prob wanna keep my 33's I want to do a removable ring. I like the steel rims with the bead lock rims on there a little cheaper

You could get a normal steel wheel and have the outer plate of a beadlock welded onto it...

Well what you should do then is look at them with 6X5 spacing and run with about a 6" backspace since you will be running a 1.5" wheel adapter/spacer. That should give you plenty of space away from the steering knuckle but not have you sticking too far out of the wheel well and keep the trimming to a minimum.

You can do that if you have a soft spot for sarcastic-far from the truth-smartass answers...
