We recently released our new BDS Suspension line of Fox Racing 2.0 gas shocks. http://bds-suspension.com/productFlyer/ ... xShock.pdf These new shocks will replace the 9500 series shock line.

For Trailblazer/Envoy owners, the new rear shock has just been released for sale today. The will be an option to our 5500 series for our 2" suspension systems. The new part number is #98224619. This will not show up on the website today as it takes a day or two for our site to be updated with new parts. If you are interested in purchasing these please contact your local BDS dealer http://bds-suspension.com/distributor-lookup or give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.

Look forward to some members trying them out and letting us know how they work for the TB's.

While I don't need new shocks now, I will be interested in these as an option when I do.

Matt, you watching the thread from your first purchaser? Said he needed multiple washers to make them fit. Shouldn't the kit be complete and self-contained?

Not a huge deal, but the hardware with the shocks didn't come with enough spacers or washers.

the spacer was too short, it appeared that you would need possibly two washers, one on each side of the spacer. Given that there was only one spacer per hardware package I ended up having to stack washers on each side. I've been casually looking for a spacer at the hardware store with no luck, may end up seeing if I can find one online if nothing else.

It'd be pretty alright if we could get the appropriate spacers with the shock.

I just realized I never updated this thread. BDS did supply the correct spacers when they became aware of the problem. It was a simple mispackage.
The shocks have been great, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely encourage anyone that was on the fence about the purchase to pick up a pair.

Do we have to order directly through you guys for these new shocks? I have not been able find them elsewheres.. Also when I look up local vendors I have one that is ten miles from me, but when it gives me the option to ship to my local vendor it only allows me to choose a place 70+ miles away. Is this an error? My zip is 13027.

Cody, you may want to PM BDS or call them. Being a big vendor, they don't frequent this site as often as they would like.

Here's a link to their contact information:
