I would really like to buy a 3" body lift with everything in it...bumper relocators, rad relocator, pucks, bolts ect... I know Markmc was making them but doesnt anymore. I have seen the 2" body lift from zone but would like to support the forum instead. So, does anybody have a full 3" body lift kit that they want to sell? The 2.5" susp. lift isnt cutting it enough for me. Thank you.

If I recall, Jeff (HighVoltage) is working on selling the 3" BL kit. I think he was hung up trying to source the steering extension.

Zone is active on this forum as well and they offer members a slight discount on the 2" kit.

hmm, if Jeff's only issue was the steering extension, I know a guy (MarkMC) that has a few extensions for sale....
I was thinking you could get the extension from Mark, some 3 inch blocks from Zone and source some bolts locally but that still wouldn't cover the bumper and radiator relocation brackets.

I heard that Jeff took over the 3"BL. The reason I would like it ASAP is that in another few weeks its going to start snowing like crazy.(Canada....) and id rather not do it when its freezing out lol! Is there any word on when Jeff will have it on the market again? Thank you for the quick replys.

Unless you're going for 34-35's, the Zone 2" lift should be plenty. If you want to ask Jeff for the straight poop on the 3", just PM him.

Next year im hoping to have 34's or 35's under the TB. Right now I will only be running 33's. It took me 2 months of convincing the wifey to let me get the 3"BL so thats why I want one asap before she changes her mind lol! Looks like im going to have to buy the 2"BL from zone, but I thought id ask around here first. Ill send Jeff a pm first as well. Thanks for the help.

Bumper relocation is easy. You can buy two longer bolts/nuts/washers for the front bumper and make spacers out of pipe. You don't even have to relocate the rear bumper. Just trim the cover, relocate the trailer plug, and bolt some thick strut to the reinforcement bar for the step. You can source the bolts and blocks from fastenal/zone respectively. Mark has some steering extensions. Radiator stabilizer brackets can be made with common hardware. All in all, you can probably make your own lift for @ $250. I made up a 2" body lift this way, and saved a lot of money on unneeded parts.

FWIW, I think Jeff is only having problems with the rear brackets.

Thats a good idea and I have tossed those ideas around before. I guess I just need alittle more confidence in my self to make it happen. The rad brackets are the thing that concern me the most. Actually so does the front and rear bumper lol. I heard that you dont need a steering extension for a 2"BL?? Is that true? If so I will give it a wurl. Might bug the crap out of you guys with the amount of questions ill have for the relocating brackets...while im in the middle of it.

The steering extension is only theory at this point. I noticed the shaft would extend to meet the steering rack with a 2" body lift on. However, nobody has actually tested this. I am unsure if it is safe, and I have yet to test it for real. I use the extension with mine despite the fact that it may be doable without. Steering is not something I want to have fail while driving. The only way to learn these things is to do. We can answer a million questions, but until you get the balls to take the leap and just do what you have to in order to make it work, it isn't even worth asking half of those questions.

Dont worry, I wont ask questions till im knee deep into it lol! Well, I think I will contact Mr.MC and see if he has something laying around. If so, count on me asking questions next weekend :woot: I told the wife durring lunch today that I ordered the kit so now she cant change her mind :friday: So if all goes as planed, next weekend I will dive right into it. Can you explain to me the Rad relocation brackets that ill have to make? I dont care if the bumpers are off for abit untill I figure that one out, but Im assuming the Rad needs to be moved at the same time.

The radiator stays put. The upper radiator support moves with the body and a bracket is included in the kits to add structural support. A couple of angle brackets can be easily configured the provide that support. I will try to get pictures tomorrow or Friday for you.

Sorry for the delay on the kit guys! I actually have it about ready to offer for a prepay. I've been having some family issues that have drug this out. If some of you want to go ahead and start lifting and need some bumper brackets or extensions later I will sell them separately. Sorry again for the long delay! I hope I can get these for sale soon baring anymore family matters.
Special thanks to Mark and Mike for the work they have done to help!!
