very impressive dude, that is one sick looking TB. its good to know that the thrill of exploring these trucks and pushing them to new limits is still pretty high.

Front bumpstops are in, set with 2" of uptravel. I bombed over the RR tracks pretty hard (with no shocks) and felt them hit (hard) with no damage to the oil pan!
Front shock hoops (Trail Gear) with 14" travel rancho 9000's are installed. The inner fenders being different and the steering shaft gave a couple small challenges.
Drivers side shift lever is in. (No cable yet)

Yes, I have a day job! I work 40+ hours a week, have a 2 month old daughter, built the TB over the last 2 months. And I have been doing mods to the camaro, and tow rig... I don't get much sleep or TV time.

When do think the little one can go wheeling w you? Seems to me that 18 months is what is considered about safe? I know it depends on how tough of wheeling but I think you like to bounce around rocks and such as I do. I did take mine out to the property and spin up a bit of mud and climb a hill or two but she slept through it all.
they've always worked for me.

Im thinking about a year, before she hits the trails, and probably 2 before she goes on the hard stuff.
If its sooner, my wife will just pull her out of the rig for the obstacle. (We do this with the dogs anyway)

Waited till Cody was 6 months and my wife took him out on crazy parts but he is pretty strong for his age too. It's up to you tho. Cody slept the whole time he likes the rocking of the trails.

This shifter controls my rear case, which has (front position on lever to rear) 4H, 2H, N, 4L.
Using some new, some used steel, a wrecking yard cable, the total cost of the shifter was about $25. Cable is off a mid to late 90's Chevy 1/2 ton trans.
But, I got the driver side shifter, installed, hooked up, and working.

So are you running 1 tcase shifter per side? or are you just running 1 T case for now?
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.
