Looks neat, but I don't think I'd want my tools being stored outside the truck.

I agree. But it would be simple to have in a can holder and locked down. Tools would as safe as fuel or spare tire and safer than anything in a roof rack if you locked it onto your fancy new bumper.

Not sure it is something worth purchasing for my use but in an expedition type setup with multiple fuel and water cans it could save valuable interior room. I would paint it like a water can as well so it is less appealing to unsavory sorts.

Good Find, I like these!! Just talked to Rampage, they won't have them available until late Feburary.

Good deal. I just posted the first link google popped up after I found them in the magazine. I was wondering your opinion if having a Bubba Rope in the arsenal was worthwhile. Never seen one in real life, but reviews seem decent.

I did not. Got an arb bag w basics in truck all the time, plus have a traditional box and bag that I load up when needed.

Still a different idea and if I had a swing carrier out back with mounts I would consider it.
