Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Lower plastic trim.

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

Its raining like hell, so I dont want to go out and pull it off to find out whats under it...

So.

Whats under the plastic trim under the doors? Is it just more body color sheetmetal? Does it look bad removed?

Thanks everyone, this site has been a huge help.

Been a while since I had mine off but I think it is painted but not something you want exposed, I can't remember but I think wires are ran under there as well. (Other than the ones I ran for lightbar)

Body colored metal. I had it off for awhile. Check my slider thread to see pics of what it looks like. I just stuck it back on since it fit snug with sliders.

As much as I dislike plastic, I think it does look better with it on there.

Thanks for saving me the work of taking one off to look.

My sliders should be going on this weekend too!

Took mine off when we put the sliders on. I gained and inch in slider placment doing it. The EXT's are different that way.

Had to take mine off with my 33s. I trimmed back my front fenders, if i kept the side-skirt on it would have rubbed, its only plastic so idc but would have been annoying and looked stupid.

Mine had the molded Denali running boards, so there was no plastic... You can see some of the frame and running board mounts, but it doesn't really bug me.
