The hoodie looks good, but I think that it will end up with an new color scheme if we wear them on the trail often. I'd rather have a color that won't get ruined by mud, or one where it won't be as noticable after washing (navy blue, hunter green, black, dark red, etc...).

On the water bottles, those are the aluminum style? What about trying to get that printed on some super durable Nalgene bottles (BPA free perferably, I don't want testicular cancer)? :idea:

This and yellow are the best I can do... they don't offer any other colors.

Theres a slew of things... some kinda stupid though... stuff ranges from kids clothes, to a dog t-shirt, dog bowls, mousepads, clocks, buttons, and boxers. I chose the things that I figured would be most-wanted by our target audience.

There's white, grey, black, and navy available on the site link.

Oh god, you're not one of those BPA freaks are you?... Here's the full item description:

Help save the planet while you rehydrate in style with an eye-catching water bottle from SIGG. Made from a single piece of aluminum with an EcoCare BPA-free lining, it's ultra-lightweight (yet rugged and crack-resistant). To minimize unwanted tastes and scents, the inside is lined with a water-based, non-toxic epoxy resin that exceeds FDA leaching requirements.

* Recyclable & reusable
* EcoCare BPA-free lining
* Lifetime warranty
* Do not freeze

I also looked around for you... they don't offer any other water bottle types.

The ball caps they offer are pretty crappy...

What I would like would be an embroidered black cap... that would be BAD ASS!! The URL on the front, and the outline of the TB on the back!!! SICK!

Mrs. Roadie has the computerized embroidery system and can do caps. And ANY logo or phrase you want on golf shirts or sweatshirts, etc.

I'll get her to look at the logos here.

Bill, I can get you the files in pretty much ANY format required... Let me know, I've got them all currently in Adobe Illustrator (Vector) format...

I smell ORTB caps! In case you haven't noticed, I'm partial to the cap idea! :excited: :viking:

Why don't you email me them as zipped BMPs at some decent resolution. Then I can convert them to anything. The software she uses to design the stitching uses BMPs or maybe JPG, but I'm not certain at the moment.

EH... BMP? That ruins the vector... pixelates the image.

I know, but the conversion to stitches is a pixelization with even stranger resolution. Funny algorithms for lines, edges, and especially fills, given the limitations of thread and fabric. It's a real art. Following vectorized outlines along long straight sections can't be done. And line art is always done at right angles to the vector, with the stitch length being the line width. Look closely at any ball caps you currently have and see how it's done.

You have a point, Bill. Well, what resolution would you like? I had posted some high res JPGs and a PNG in the Mod forum, are those good?
