FS: 12" Infinity sub-woofer, 500W Alpine amplifier, and box

Alright, I know this is not vehicle specific, but I am trying to sell it to pay off a credit card. It is used but in great condition; I had it in my Tacoma before it was totaled out. I only had it for a couple of weeks before the wreck so it's barely been used. I have hooked it up 2 or 3 times for potential buyers and it still looks and sounds great. It retails for over $400 I'm asking for $300 that will include shipping to the lower 48. I decided to post here because I haven't had any luck with facebook marketplace or craigslist; I also trust you guys more than the craigslist characters, they seem a bit sketchy. They don't want me to ship it to them, they say their moving/shipping people will come get it.

With a cashiers's check made out for a higher amount than the sales price, I'm sure. That they want YOU to give them change from in cash or money order. Right........

That's what they say, but I don't want people I don't know coming to do a pickup at my house. I'm just skeptical about something like that.

It all bs. Every time I list something on CL, I get at least one reply message like that. Usually from Texas.
