So... it has probably happened to all of us... at one point or another. Maybe we misjudged a mud pit, maybe we feathered the gas a little, etc. Whatever the reason, post up a pic and briefly describe what happened. I'll go first...
I couldn't make it out to TECORE in April... but I really badly wanted to get a little bit of mud in my tires... so I took to this unmarked road in Freehold, NJ. All went well until I got to this mud pit. I feathered the gas a little instead of keeping it constant, and I sunk in like a weight on a fishing line. I couldn't even get it out in 4lo... it just sank deeper and deeper. I was the only vehicle there, so I couldn't get pulled out. Luckily, I had my hi-lift, some chain, my rear d-shackle, and the Off-Road Kit for the Hi-Lift, which included a tree saver strap and the winching attachments. After winching myself back a little, I finally got her on more solid ground and was able to pull out...
finally out... notice the chain behind the truck. That Hi-Lift worked like a charm!!
