Hey barton, what would be the cost to flip your design? Put the angled part of the bumper at the bottom like JD's instead of at the top......I know this would probably be a one off design so the cost would be greater, I just prefer the look so id like to know what the cost difference would be.

Would have to stick out from frame and reduce approach angle. His bumpers are right at frame ends and angle in over the top of the frame. Be a whole different design.

EDIT just had an idea to keep approach angle and do something with a lower angle... I will try to convey it to Mike.

It's doable, but won't work with the radiator skid, unless it goes down farther, and kills approach angle, like the KMA...

FWIW, the current one sticks out a little less than 2" from the front of the frame...

If you want to do it (and have either no body lift or a 3"), I can do a new design for you, for $150 extra over the regular prices ($100 of that is a design fee, so if you get 2 people to order them, you can split that design fee)... A change here or there to the current one, if anybody wants, isn't near that much; but this is a completely different design.

The way I'm thinking of doing it, the rad skid will work with it, as-is... It's a little more metal, but it's doable...

When I get done with the group buy bumpers (and if I can get one or 2 guys who are ready to plunk down money for them), I'm going to do the '06+ LT and Envoy bumpers...

Looks like Kyle is going to need a fuel tank skid pretty soon, as well...
