Upper control arms, how many of you have flipped them

I flipped mine, but have not got aligned since i am playing with the front suspension weekly it seems and it changes by an inch or so everytime, it would negate an alignment, but when I had just marks kit and stock springs, my alignment was done perfect by sears. No issue at all.

I am almost done for a bit, until marks new kit, so I will probably get another alignment with the flipped arms, 88 springs and the upper spacer back in. Hopefully next week i can find time to do the alignment.

With the amount of changes and beatings your truck goes through I think its time for a lifetime alignment.

Yes I'm happy with the outcome of flipping them it gave ma a lot of UBJ angle back. I would recommend anybody flipping them.

yeah I went to a firestone dealer and a lifetime alignment was only 139$. I think roadie payed 250$ but idk where he got his at.

Thanks guys I am rolling on with the alignment being semi done and it seems to be driving pretty good. I am just using the air springs from the air ride and the Z71 shocks right now. it is a considerable improvement in ride from the stock shocks. Should be ordering my bumper soon.

Lifetime alignment was 150 or 160 for me at a local chain with about 10 shops. 3 or 4 of them will still work on me without getting wary.

Oops I thought it cost 250$ sorry roadie. My point was that all shops are different.

But my alignment can't go any better as I'm maxed out completely.

i work at an auto shop so this said i check my alignment once a month just because i can, i have done an alignment after every single mod i did.
stock to 255/75r16 realinged due to out of spec and had just purchased.
2.5" lift aligned due to out of spec.
spacers realinged and 3 days later 285/75r16 realinged and was out of spec.

this all in the first year i owned it.

i had absolutly no issue getting every adjustment dead on. with room to follow caster by a full degree camber both sides close to a full degree and obviously toe has a lot of room. our trucks have the absolute nicest/easiest and most simplistic alignment procedure.
