The Purolator filters are good.
K&N also makes a filter -- same manufacturer as the Mobil 1 -- the difference is minute, mostly a better can with wrench flats.
Wix (NAPA Gold) are also trusted filters.
I sold filters for a few years and cut open several dozen various part numbers, new and used. Almost all Frams are the same inside, no matter the cost. Cardboard end flaps, thin sheetmetal tension spring for the by-pass, and poor fitment of the rubber valve that is supposed to insure startup pressure. I've heard a number of engines "tick" on cold start w/Frams. Problem went away with another better variety.
But, I'm not trying to tell anyone which filter to run -- only which one I won't run myself.
