A buddy of mine just picked up a Tacoma with the TRD offroad package. He wanted to get it a little dirty. Decided since he was stock, we'd hit something light, Success Rd, Jackson, NJ.

Its been dry last few days, so not much mud, but lots of soft sand. The Tacoma did very well, its a nice truck.

After the pic of the frog and the Tacoma coming down that hill, we left Success Rd. The rest of the pics are from a small area around the corner from my house.

You could go right down that...just need enough momentum to drag the frame over. It looks plenty soft enough not to hurt anything. Would be real fun going up and sliding over.

I am trying to figue out what it is about those trucks that just isnt right to me. The rear flares look a bit odd and it kinda looks like it was pieced together, but they are nice rides.

The picture doesn't show the angle properly. I'd say it is about a 60-70 deg incline. I wasn't worried about dragging the frame, more so the potential of tipping forward.

How tall was the slope. It looks like the front would have been down before the rears came over. It would not have come over I bet but anything not strapped down in the rear might end up on the dash. Like my buddys plastic coffee mug did on this downhill. You can see how steep it is, but it really didnt feel tippy.

It is still a cool little area to have right by the house. We have a new road going through and I want to go play so bad since they have all the dirt piled up, but it just is not worth the ticket or risk or tearing up any actual work they have completed.

It really is a cool little spot. I kind of consider it testing grounds. I've yet to take the TB there since installing the new shocks, but I will, maybe later....

Next time I have a wingman, I'll take a look at that hill again...

I do like my new to me BDS in the rear compared to my brand new Billy HD's. I am sure you will enjoy them...since i think you had the z71. you should get better ride and more flex. Well Done Sir!

Just caught this one.

Cool spot !

I'm digging the front/corner lights Mario. Don't remember seeing those before. Look like they could come in handy for night runs @ GWNF. :camping:
