Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Importance of a good spotter!

Dumping ground for offroad Trailblazer or Envoy general discussion.

its my opinion that for an SOP on trailvoy offroad trips....we should use full arm signals, and when using our voice for signals,we should say driver and passenger, not left and right.

its how my offroad club does it,if this woman would of had a proper spotter then she wouldnt have to worry about repairing a jeep.

More than one spotter? I've been in a scenario where there was a 'group' spotting me. Eventually you just stop listening and do your own thing because everyone is yelling different things. You only want one guy giving directions.

Agreed. There might be more than one spotter if there's underbody obstacles to worry about as well as the overall driving line, but only one communicator-to-the-driver.

more than one spotter meaning two people who work with each other and not yelling different things. In my experience in the military it has worked very well for me for at least the four years I did it anyway.
