I went with just a simple 90deg elbow. Painted black to slow the rust.

It's just a 2 1/2 OD pipe from my local parts store.

I have seen several ways to remove our front diff seal without a seal puller. Plus i've used seal pullers and never had much luck with them anyways. Well, I came up with this the other day and it worked perfectly. Drilled some holes on opposite sides of the seal, threaded in 2 eye bolts, put an allen wrench through the holes, then put the breaker bar behind the allen wrench, and pushed with my foot using the frame as the fulcrum. Nice slow steady pressure and this popped right out.

Figured it was about time I replaced the rear lower control arms... the left side was frowning all day long and the right side more closely resembled a lazy lightning bolt than a control arm. Many Many Many trails have been seen by these arms and they dealt with the brunt of it all. Even after all that, the bushings are still in perfect condition.

Thanks and yes it's just a 90 I stuck in where the can was cut. The way it turned out was purely by accident. I thought I would end up having to add in pieces here and there to get it where I wanted.

Tried to fix the blower actuator, but the replacement had too short of wires, so need to get a different one.

Ordered a winch. I went with a TigerShark 13,500. It will more than handle the Bravada, and it will also be used when we load other projects on the car hauler, plus if I ever move up to a full-size, I'll be set.

I just replaced them with stock arms. Nothing fancy.
Truck actually seems to track better, too

I taped off the fenders and sprayed a bondo brand rubberized undercoating spray and rustoleum semi gloss black over top.

That looks really good! Your lines are way better than mine. I might spray over mine with that stuff.

Thanks man. I got some .70 tape from oreilys, it worked well, but I had to follow the outward part of the flare for the edge. Inside was too much of a bitch man. I had like 1m stand-off from the truck too..overspray is rediculous with stuff

Is that the same stuff you used on your front bumper? That finish looked really good, better than my powder coat. I probably need to grab a few cans and redo my bumpers with it.

Yes sir... Well I went back and forth between taking the rear off and possibly selling it, but now I'm prolly just gonna do it up too...I got materials for a rear bumper... Almost all of it... For now I'll paint it.. Prolly... I dunno... Finally have some time on my hands... Never know what might happen.

The rubber undercoat in a can seems to work better than the truck bedliner in a can, in my experience.
