Let's start off with this, first off thanks for info from this forum lots of help so far. Now about the Trailblazer's, not one but two of them. Started of wife wanted one so we shopped around and found her an 05 lt 4x4 swb all the options 90k on it. I enjoyed driving it so much, i decided to look for one for me. So I found an clean and straight 02 lt 4x4 swb with a rod knocking engine. Guy wanted a running truck so I offered my beat up rusted 91 Toyota 4x4 that i paid 500 for, deal was done. Drove the TB home and picked up the 700$ used engine on the way. I got it home and the project began. Let me tell you I have swapped alot of engines but none as easy as the TB. I took the body off the frame in less then 5 hours, it took longer to swap all the sensors and all the gaskests. Had it apart so why not do them all. Total time in the engine swap was 24 hours could have done it quicker (beer involved). Installed a one inch body lift while it was apart also. Cut blocks out of neoprene and ordered bolts from fastenal. Also cut out the cat and installed a single in dual out muffler. Pics of the project soon to be posted wish I would have taken more pics as I went along. Have a lot more plans for it, lift and tires and much more
