A good friend of mine recommended this site to me. He has wheeled with members here in the past although he no longer owns his Colorado. Just looking to get ideals on how to proceed with lifting my 2008 Envoy Denali. Curious as to setups for possible lite trail riding for now and something a little more aggressive looking. I inherited it after trading my car in on the wife's new van. It's been about 15 years since I have raised suspension (always been lowered since then) and back then it was a 1 ton square body Chevy. So hopefully I can learn a few things.

The popular advice around here is to figure out what you want to be able to do. For a more aggressive look and light trail riding I'd suggest a 3" suspension lift. I'm fond of Marks over at The Lift Meister. It's affordable and performs very well. Don't be afraid to look at peoples build threads. That was my #1 resource before I lifted.

Yep Talking about that Kenny. He's a great dude. I posted a pic of a lifted TB and he told me about yinz. Which is great cause I was thinking going lower but after seeing that TB I want to lift.

Hopefully he is planning on fixing the damage done to that poor truck by some careless high school kid with too much of daddy's $$! Get back up to a reasonable height and rip off all the crap. It could be a really nice truck with some work!
