Sounds like the start of a nice build. My thoughts, for what they're worth: since you're buying new tires, and mildly lifting the truck, go from the stock 29" dia. up to 30 or 30.5", which won't require spacers for clearance, and gain the extra 1/2" to 3/4" in axle clearance. That small an increase in tire size won't have too much effect on gearing, even if you only have the 3.42s (probable). Front springs are usually only replaced if they are sagging, or if you are adding weight to the front, as in a steel fabbed bumper and/or a winch. If you're happy with the present ride in the front, and you don't have excessive miles on them, you could retain the stock front Bilsteins, but most on here have upgraded to the Bilstein HDs in the strut, and love them, or go to the RadFlo coilovers, which are pricey, rebuildable, and the hardcore guys swear by them.
A little more info on the truck would help with planning, too. What's the mileage, which gearset is in it, and does it have the G80 locker? And post a picture or 3, we love the photos!
