The G86 is the LSD out of the SS, right? Even worse! Quite literally, any time you slip one rear wheel at all (or even before that), you are putting the front to the test. Ideally, you want the stronger axle to have the full-on locker, and the weaker one to have the LSD, because the one with the locker will get more stress than the one with the LSD, because it's effectively one with a locker and another with an open diff. That goes for the G86 or the G80. What you have is the weaker axle with more weight on it taking all the load. That's something you'll have to be REALLY careful with, regarding your throttle application!
