Got my new federal m/t 33x11.5 on the other day got a little rubbing over 4inches of flex but nothing a cutoff or knife won't quite. Hopefully my body lift will go in soon so I can flex two tires off the ground without eating the wheel well.

Finally got time to upload some pictures! The bar is from BriteNiteLED. It is a V2 bar which I believe is a 4D bar, it is 20,000 Lumens and very brigh, but I honestly probably would have gotten the lower lumens one if I had to do it over again so the beam would be more projected than focused.

Looks great, HeavyChevy. Are those stock Envoy wheels? I did the same lift/shocks combo on my TB EXT, and really like the stance, and the ride, and especially the extra clearance on rough trails. The skids plates are taking much less of a beating now.

Thanks! They're aftermarket wheels. They're MB Gunner 6 18x8.5 machined finish. I really do like the ride. It looks and feels more like an SUV now.

Just completed tearing down and rebuilding the front suspension and would say after a 400 mile round trip test drive everything was a success. Torn everything down and replace the control arm bushings with a Prothane kit, flipped and rotated the uca, replaced upper and lower ball joints with moog, replace the Monroes with Bilstein HDs, and replaced the lower strut mount/control arm bushing with moog.

Sorry to ask, but when you flip the UCAs, aren't you also supposed to swap which side they are on so that the angle of the upper ball joint still lines up? In your last picture, it just looks like that ball joint is sitting at an uncomfortable angle.

It was overheating last time I drove it, the exhaust manifold flange is leaking, and there's a new noise that I think its coming from the CV shaft. Just have been letting it rest a bit I guess. Haven't had the time to work on it lately.

They're flipped and swapped side to side. Angle looks pretty close to the picture in the original thread to me.

AWD disconnect went in yesterday, passenger side hub and upper ball joint.

Headed out now to do the drivers side.
