Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

What did you do to your GMT today?

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

by HARDTRAILZ » Tue Jan 06, 2015 2:08 pm

You want credit for something on pavement on an offroad forum...wtf

I think thats the spot others failed.

Nope, all three (including you) that we know if have been on pavement for some odd reason.

Seeing the other's failures is why I made these: http://forums.offroadtb.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4915

Stock replacement headlights. Mine oxidized on the inside. Smooth out but you can see it good in person

Changed my autotrac II fluid, front and rear gear oil, cut resonator off...

I have a V8 so I'm not sure how that is going to work when the DOD kicks in, but I guess I'll find out lol

I put my lift on yeaterday, flipped the uca's (which I'm secon guessing since it's only a 2") I replaced one of my bad outer tie does. and i did all four brakes. Power stop cross drilled and slotted rotors with the evolution pads. I got them off of rock auto.

Filled the tank and headed for the hills. I'll post a short report and pics in the Trail Rides forum.

I guess I'm a liar, because I posted that I cut the resonator off while actually waiting for my sawzall battery to charge... It never did lol.

I installed new sway links that i ordered in May 2013. Just realized they sent me 2 different part numbers... HAHA! No biggie, though. Only difference is color and one has a grease port. Both Mevotech, i think. I haven't had sway links in so long, it feels weird driving with them now. I like the handling better, though. I dont feel like I'm going to roll going around any corner over 25mph.

You have the front or rear on now?

I did give mine new windshield wipers. Basic cheap-o ones I found in hanging on the garage wall. Better than before
