Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Hello from Minnesota (and the GMTNation site)

New members: please introduce yourself here.

I'm a semi-active member of the GMTNation site (and previously the site which shall not be named) and have recently been on a quest for larger tires on my 2008 Trailblazer LT3 with 245/60/r18's. Roadie, HardTrailz and a few others have helped me out a lot and my quest has led me to the ORTB site.

I intended on just getting some larger A/T tires because we no longer use our truck for cross country driving. It's mainly, camping, hunting, fishing and any other outdoor activity you can think of in Minnesota (in the snow too...)

ANYWAY.... :happy whip: (I know... get on with it)

Due to an issue with my desired tires (Goodyear Wrangler Duratecs 265/60/r18) not fitting properly, I started looking into spacers, then I browsed through the build threads here and BAM! I'm thinking...I wanna do that! :flex dirty: JOINED!

My brother does some off-roading, although he's a jeep guy. And, he's been trying to get me into it...so here's my chance.

I promise to do my best and research things before-hand, but I know that sometimes my search skills are lacking.

I would also like to team up with a local off-roader in Minnesota for a beer and advice.

Sounds like you got the right attitude! Might get your balls broke a little if you miss an easy search, but it happens to pretty much everyone at some point.

You'll find the meat and potatoes of the lift info in the stickies. Look forward to seeing what you do.
