You would want to do research and ask more questions from other to determine if 4.10's or 4.56's... However, considering you said most of your driving is in-town, if you decide to go for the 4.10's I would suggest doing the re-gear ASAP. I made this switch myself, going from 3.42 to 4.10 while running 30.6" tires. Most of my driving is at 55mph or less, and this has made a very nice difference in the way the truck handles in heavy traffic, while still having no trouble cruising at 90+ on the highway (I admit nothing!).
Changing the rear is an easy one-man job, changing the front without experience will teach you many new swear words. If you are lucky enough to know somebody with HPTuners, I can get you the file to reprogram the speedometer for 4.10s, but you are limited in correcting for the tire size (which unfortunately doesn't go above 30.5"). Something to keep in mind as you are planning your upgrades.
