Hey Everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jared Martin im 25 years old from Newport News, VA. I drive a 2004 trailblazer ext and I love it! This past weekend I put 3" front and 2" rear suspension lift on and I am now looking into body lifts. I was previously a mechanic for a Dodge dealership as well as Harley Davidson and currently I work as Jefferson Lab as a SRF technician. If you have any questions or anything just drop me a line and I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi there!
Welcome From Michigan.
I will be the first to say :poke:
Get some rubber under that thing and loose the running boards. (unless they are slides but I can't tell) Nice work

The EXTs look pretty cool when lifted and some meat under them, was really surprised when I saw one. Looking forward to watching yours.

Haha yeah the running boards will be coming off and before I decide on tires im trying to decide on body lift. I really want to take it up more( I came from driving a ram 2500 with 12 inches of lift on 40's). I have been doing a lot of reading and I know I have to buy the 1.50 wheel spacers to fit tires but I really cant find a def answer on tire size. Im really not crazy about cutting my fenders.

If you haven't already found it, this should get you started on tires/lift combo.

Glad to have you, fellow VAer. You can generally be pretty safe with a 32" tire as a max size without much other modifications other than wheel spacers. There are slight variations truck-to-truck though that may require slight hammering on the lower valance bolt. You owe me for the freebee... ;)

haha thanks trail, I really want to do the body lift as well but right now I just cant afford to. So I have the 3" front and 2" rear and 1.50 wheel spacers so i think im going to go with like a 32x10.50 or so what yall think about that?

Welcome from northern VA. I kinda wish I would've bought a ext just to be to store more cargo. I think they look good when done right.

You'll be hard pressed to find many hard opinions just based on a given size like that. It all depends on what your mission is. For more info, be sure to look at our Tire Size chart that lists all of the sizes known to this forum, and how its fit up for our members. Just do the due dilligence and check the chart. You'll just have to make sure the outcome from the other people's builds are what you need/want for your mission, and only you can define that.
