For those that have a ScanGauge II

I'm going to be getting one here soon as funds open up for me. I've done some searching and nothing has really come up. So my question is does the ScanGauge II automatically compensate for bigger tires and gear change? More or less this is what I'm wondering, With my setup will it give me real time MPG and Miles driven even though my PCM isn't tuned?

How would you suppose it would know that you just put larger tires on your vehicle? Answer that question, and you've answered your own question.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

It will give you the correct mpg and miles driven and speed... As long as you set the % difference in the speedo calibration screen of the SG2.
