I finally got my mode blend door installed with another unit from local parts store, the second time around I knocked the sucker out in maybe 15-20 mins. Also did a fresh oil change and should be good for another few thousand miles!

Theyre .250 wall 1 1/2 tube and 7/8 rod ends

$430 for 8 rod ends with tube adapters and misalignment spacers down to 5/8 bolt and 1.5 .250 wall tube, for the price we built a strong product and im very pleased with the out come. I believe massive is 219 a set and are .120 wall. You can also get it cheaper If you search, I used TMR customs

That's pretty strong, but is it even necessary? I think James had posted some numbers a long time ago back when asking about Massives walls and folks where wondering if it was strong enough, and I think Massives turned out to be like 2x as strong, so yours are probably now 4x as strong as stock, lol. Good work.

Yea buddy came by and I got two of the mounts drilled out to 5/8. Need to grab the right angle drill from work to drill the other two.

Ordered a new windshield

Apparently the 06+ LT has a different windshield with a trim package, so its special order...

Interesting. I priced a new windshield for my 06 and never asked anything about LT or LS or even SS... price is $150 w them coming to my house to do it.

Picture to prove its out! We had a couple of nice drifts in front of the Garage and the Main road that we had shovel. Flipped it into 4x4 slung some snow and I was out!! Should have gotten it on video!

No my rear was inside of my truck, and yes the rod ends im using are 5/8 bolt and I couldnt get the regular drill with 5/8 bit into the lower mounts on the axle cause the drill was to long
