I've got the first coat of paint on and waiting for it to dry so that I can apply another. I used a brush on primer called Gripper from Glidden. The steel seemed to absorb the primer almost instantly. I gave it a couple of coats before spraying it with the flat black paint. I'm just going to do flat black spray paint. Its sticking very well to this primer. Will have more pics later or tomorrow... COMPLETED...
