Unique centrally mounted opposing thread jack screw allows the Massive braces to be fully adjustable ON CAR for ease of install AND allows preload!!! Other's simple threaded rod mean the braces must be removed to adjust and no preload can be dialed in. These are the finest braces available for your A Body. Being that I don't have an A-body, just for curiosity sake, can you post pics of them on a car?

Sure!

This pic is probably the best illustration of where the go/what they do, these are however the OE GM pieces installed on the hi-po cars.



They are those rusted stamped pieces on an angle that intersect with your view of the mufflers. The upper control arms mount right on the other side of the frame and then go to the top of the rear axle housing. Kinda hard to picture what they do when the body is still on the car.

I have seen a Chevelle at the strip tear the uppers right out of the frame without something of this sort.

Oh, gotcha... So these basically brace the opposite side of the cross-member where the uppers mount...

Right. Also, the bottom side of the brace goes to the front of the lower control arm, providing strength there as well. The uppers get pulled out under torque, the lowers get forced forward. So this in between really seems to help alot.
