www.hackaday.com has done a few builds on how to pan during a timelapse, and a ton of other cool photo hacks. Really they have a ton of cool hacks for a ton of stuff, most of them I have no idea what I would ever need it for but still want to build them.
Mario, for some reason I thought when it down to fractions of a sec, it was out of 0.30 (my editor is that way at least). So 0.08 would be like 4 frames per second right? Maybe Movie Maker does it differently.
I would love to eventually get adobe premiere (maybe once I get a machine that can really handle video editing), but for now I have powerdirector 10. Works pretty well.
