Easy Trail. Myself and Ben decided to hit a trail down the road from my house i took some pictures and write this up for him to get some trail experince. The trail is short and fun there was a lot of mud and rocks. we found out that R/T tires are horrible on this trail. There where a couple off camber climbs. I plan to have a full day for who ever wants to come up and hit some trails i will include this trail plus 3 more.

$190 59 in a 40 that was unmarked according to the officer. Going down a hill braking when he pulled me over. But he did tell me about unmaintained town roads in Princeton. Do you think its worth fighting it?

Tough to say it's worth a shot.

unsure how it affects your insurance up there. down here anything 9 over is expensive on the insurance.
My son hired an attorney to take care of a ticket (56 in a 35) for $220 including the ticket and court cost.
I would shop around and see what they can get you. If your record is clean you could do pretty good.
The attorney ended up pleading it down to 43 in a 35 and then asking for a prayer for judgement. If he gets a ticket in the next 2 yrs that one will come back but since it is under 9 miles it won't have any effect.

If you have a GPS drive through there and see if a speed limit shows up. If it shows 55 you might have an argument for pleading yourself since there are no signs. I expect you have several weeks before your court date so you should have time to figure some things out.

Also, my son got another ticket when he was having some brake problems. I called the DA's office and they said if he went to driving school they would reduce it to improper equipment. I think that worked out to $155 for the class and court costs.

yep roughly 200 a year. gps kicks back 45 on the road. In the three boxes where they say how they go the speed can they check off more than one? I wish I still had google tracks running at this point. On the other hand the cop gave me a few trail to check out
