Thinking about taking a trip down to Green Ridge for a leisurely off-road trip on Monday, Jan 3rd. Anyone interested?

The trails are rated mostly 2... If it snows, it will be more difficult.

The last time I really explored the area, the truck was basically stock and it did ok - just was a bit slow:

Here's a map - we'll take mainly the yellow ORV trail:

Great! I'm thinking about leaving Baltimore around 8-8:30ish.

Takes a little under two hours to get to the exit off 68.

Pink banners attract trail damage. Be careful what you wish for! :poke:

That's not as far from here as I would have expected. If only the 3rd wasn't my first day back to work after taking over 2 weeks of vacation :wallbash:

Wives who find their hubby's account and forum threads sometimes create epic threads.

Check out post #44 for the beginning of the epic-ness. :work:

Still trying to figure that day out - I may have to stay home and get elbow deep in the truck... it died on me yesterday for no apparent reason. :?

Alright had some time today and replaced a coil pack that was giving me problems, cleaned the throttle body, and finally changed out my old Z71 shocks for some BDS ones. She seems to be running like a champ now.

So unless the truck really begins to struggle during my (road) trip this weekend, this trip is on.

I'm planning on meeting John (02tahoeMD) at the I-70 park and ride at 0830 and leaving from there.

It will take approx 2 hours to get to exit 62 on I-68. That will be the next meeting spot - at approx 1030.

If this doesn't sound good, and it needs modifications, please let me know and we can attempt to adjust accordingly.

We'll be on CB channel 1.

I imagine we'll run till 4 or 5 at the latest.

D.Anton, can you PM me your cell number? I have the other guy's contacts already.

Should be a good way to ring in the new year. :safari:
