Located in Adams MA Old Florida rd is a trail that you cant just do by your self. It has step ups mud holes lots of rocks and a beaver pond crossing. We had a lot of fun i was the only trailblazer the rest where jeeps. This trail is vary vary rough i ended up blowing a strut in the end of the trail. But i was excited that i kept up with the jeeps open open.

Pretty impressive trail. Looks like those rock sliders must have gotten some good use.

Outstanding! I grew up in the southern Berkshires, and explored a lot on dirt bikes as a kid. Never found that trail.

Were you aired down?

Did those guys send YOU through the pond first to check the depth? A sucker hole you couldn't see and it could have ended poorly. :o Oh, whoever took the video would have been the first through. D'oh!

Yes the home brewed sliders did work out great James. The Berkshires are beautiful and that trail has been there for years and years not always looked like that but it starts in Adams and heads up the Mt to Florida right next to the state forest. I was actually 4th in line for that and normally it is about a foot deeper. I will diffidently be trying to hit it again in the summer. I did air down to 20 psi around.

Would you have gone through if you knew it was a foot deeper? :o

Take on any water?

I should say the last time I was dirt bike exploring in the area was 1971.

Definitely looks like a blast, really wish I could have gotten out there for this one, but I'll take a stab at it next time. Can't wait for the next trail ride. And that water was about where I thought it would be, a bit high, but looking at the other guys pics it looks manageable, but I would feel better if I was snorkled.

And whats cool about this trail, is that its an unmaintained road still on any map. It was laid out in 1833 as a county road. Then in 1973 the top half was discontinued for maintenance by the town.

Remember that conversation we had when you ordered your center section, about whether you needed radiator protection or not?
