He's already doing some of the Micro DE lights in the bumper... At its tallest point, the vertical part of the bumper is only 6.5"... 5" lights would work inside the bumper, but 7" is a big effin light... (Jon A's lights are 4" or 5", max)

Nice - I didn't catch on to the size - i think my hellas are 8-3/4" - could never fit them in a bumper.

Damian's center section winch bumper. Doesn't look 100% right now, due to not having the fairlead or shackle mounts cut out or on; which will break up the front profile.

sweet job their Barton....cant wait to start going over the design for mine......if possible is there any way to angle the bumper more, and sooner.....it seems to drop a few inches below the winch, and stay square for a while, instead of immediately making the bend at the bottom of the bumper where it would meet with the rad skid.

Look at the side view. It doesn't get to the bottom of the bumper, before it takes the angle back (which is why the bottom frame mount is shorter than the top one). We'll have to wait and see how it looks with the shackle mounts and fairlead on it. The bumper goes back at an angle right at the bottom of the shackle mounts.
That's the thing about a bumper with a winch in it, on this platform... It's going to stick out farther than my normal bumpers...

This stuff (seam welding stuff that I've tacked together already) I can do without the vehicle... It's the fitting and prototyping that I need the wife's vehicle for, and I can't take it if the roads are bad... She can't drive my truck (stick), and hates my car.
Yeah, compared to "normal" for us, we've had bad roads a lot this winter!
