Welded now won't start

I welded some roll bars on my 03 TB, no I have no exterior lights, and the starter will not turn over. The fuses seem good and there is power to the starter relay. I forgot to disconnect the battery. Any idea what the problem could be?

Changed to an 05 pcm, still nothing.
