Mocked everything up while checking tie rod angles and length. Everything looks to clear except the shock needs a smidge notched on the A arm at full droop.
Lifted Silverado brake lines reach and if I remember right from my fit up last year, they screw on to the stock fitting, the ABS plug needs a notch cut in it, but plugs up fine and the reluctor wheel had the same number of teeth with similar diameters... I'm hopeful.
Tie rod is mostly protected by the A arm, and bump steer is down to 1/64" during normal travel and at a 1/16" at the extreme of compression.
Still trying to figure out the best place to put the limiting straps with coilovers.
Overall width of the rear is about 82", it's from a 2006 2500HD Silverado. Front is about 96", so it's stupid wide. Hopefully it doesn't cause too many issues wheeling. But we'll see.
I'm currently thinking a tube fender for the front incorporating some stock fender with my usual overly complicated design... figuring they'll probably rub on everything so they should be reasonably stout to survive. But I'm always open to thoughts.
Still got plenty to do, upper A arm, 1/2 of a lower A arm, coolers, driveshafts, skid plates etc... finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and for once it's not an oncoming train LOL
